Based behind Greenwich mainline and DLR railway stations, we were founded in 1990 in Poplar Business Park– just outside what is now Canary Wharf. Our roots will therefore always be in this thriving part of the city. In fact, Rival are regarded by many of our Canary Wharf-based clients as design and print partners, rather than suppliers.
Starting as a traditional reprographics company, we have always been early adopters of the latest printing technology. Where Canary Wharf has expanded, so too have Rival Colour’s services, Starting out as a traditional reprographics company, we were pioneers in digital print as early adopters of the technology and today run two digital presses. We later expanded further into lithographic printing with a Waterless Direct Image press, this kind of litho is a very environmentally friendly option, with no chemical processing of plates and low paper wastage in start-up and wastage on the run.
We therefore offer a wide range of expertise and services, including design, pre-press and repro, lithographic and digital printing, photography, and large format printing solutions.
