Textiles are widely used to create products for both indoor and outdoor usage, including flags and podium tablecloths, and retail point-of-sale (POS) graphics. We find that textiles, coupled with tension frame systems, are a popular choice for events such as music festivals. We have a wide range of fabrics that can be printed onto. If you have a bespoke requirement our team members can advise you on a suitable product.
A hem can be applied to large banners to create extra strength when combined with eyelets for hanging or stretching onto a scaffold or frame. The hem can be created using either welding or stitching depending on the type of material that is required.
Pockets are used in a similar way to hems – when additional material is required top and bottom or on the sides of the visual area. The material is then folded and welded or stitched to create a pocket to the rear. This is applied to banners that are hung via suspended a pole or scaffold frame.
We undertake any bespoke projects for a variety of clients. Common requirements are usually for stitched hems and pockets to help strengthen the material. We can manufacture to any shape to fit over existing frames.
